implement size check before burning image

Merged andreas.fenkart requested to merge taw/rescue-system:MR_check_parition_size_before_flashing into master

this will abort rootfs flashing if rootfs is bigger than partition size.

this might introduce a nasty error in case our partition size check is incorrect
