jenkins does not respect the search PATH and uses /bin/mount

Merged andreas.fenkart requested to merge taw/rescue-system:MR_prepend_RESCUE_ROOT_DIR into master

where mount reports it's using the mocked mount, but then it still calls /bin/mount for some reason, take the easy way out and prepend the RESCUE_ROOT_DIR as we do in other places
