prepare export of dsuid/dsuid to libsduid

Merged andreas.fenkart requested to merge taw/ds485-core:MR_prepare_export_dsuid into master 
Same approach as taken with ds485_container_t
libdsuid will have the same compile guard: __MOVE_DSUID_H__ until
all depending projects properly depend on libdsuid
