DSD-5274 Fix Global Group from PBGROUP always returns 0 (zero)

Merged Danilo Zanatta requested to merge DSD-5274_Global_Group_frm_PBGROUP_always_ZERO into master

With the introduction of Devie Datamodel v9 on the dSM (Jan 2017), the dSM always returns 0 (zero) to this parameter, which is not used anymore.
