API: DSUID_SIZE/DSUID_STR double defined in ds485-core/libdsuid

Merged andreas.fenkart requested to merge taw/libdsuid:MR_fix into master

Either must be protected or undefined to allow redefinition Since DSUID_DEFINE is only defined in libdsuid, chose to undefine those macros
