This implements issue #334

All webroot files from dss-mainline were moved to this repository.

Autotools scripts were added to ease the installation.

Unneded ext files were removed, significantly reducing overall size.

Unneeded libraries that resided as submodules were removed.

css files were adapted to reflect the new structure (i.e. image paths).

As discussed with the team, old html files from dss-mainline webroot
were removed.
