Forcefully sort store after loading new data

Merged Jin requested to merge jin/dss-websrc-mainline:19594-force-sort into master

I would have expected that the default sortInfo configuration parameter would take care of this, but it seems it does not. So now forcefully sorting after loading new data.

implements #19594
