Adapt saving of UMR delay configuration to new API

stateOnDelay and stateOffDelay parameters were simply removed from the dSS in commit bb35321d634636d350fcfba441acec52355773be without further notice.

Updated the UI to not use the setUMR200Config call for these parameters any more.
