jsonSystem: add testAssert

Merged Branislav Katreniak requested to merge brano/dss-mainline:bka-testAssert into master

Asserts if DS_TEST_ASSERT config option is enabled. Helps to debug assertions handling. We don't see assertions in logs on testing and fieldtest feeds.
