  • webserver: read up to 64k of payload in POST and PUT
  • webserver: read request body also from PUT method
  • webserver: whole http path in DS_CONTEXT
  • jsonWriter: failure method accepts generic std::exception
  • webserver/httpRequestCallback: clanf-format
  • webserver/httpRequestCallback: catch exceptions
  • webserver/httpRequestCallback: drop microoptimization
