DS_REQUIRE does not work fine with getDSS() here for some reason on OE.

Merged Michal Tomaszewski requested to merge MichalTomaszewski/dss-mainline:prevent_backend_calls_at_dss_startup into master

This is temporarily supposed to fix OE build, until solution is found.
