Bka ds model1st enum option

Merged Branislav Katreniak requested to merge brano/dss-mainline:bka-dsModel1stEnumOption into master
  • 1st enum options are not serialized again
  • cleanup dsModel code to reflect this

Fixes DSD-1341 and other similar bugs.
