DSD-6955 shade fix

Merged octavio.gzain requested to merge octavio.gzain/dss-mainline:dsd-6955_shade_fix into master
  • Cleared channel registers as well as the value for the scene
  • Removed duplicate writing in device-cache.db. It is done only on the getConfig callback
