autoconf: android: use PTHREAD_CFLAGS/PTHREAD_LIBS

Merged andreas.fenkart requested to merge taw/dss-mainline:MR_fix_pthread_flags into master

on linux this mean add -pthread to CFLAGS which enables extra macros during compilation
