busScanner: call initializeDeviceFromSpecQuick when reattaching

@chhitz What do you think about this change? I have no idea how the code can get to this point, but I believe that it is incorrect to call initializeDeviceFromSpec with _spec prepared for initializeDeviceFromSpecQuick.
