@chhitz please also review if vdc-api push message is correct:

Bei den Änderungs-Notifications wäre es gut wenn der vdcd auch die wirklich geänderten Actions mit pusht (gelöschte Actions mit "null" Objekt).

I think that is ok. If the element has no title element the reader will return an empty string.
