DSD-4007: replace repeatable button code with reusable component

Merged Anastasiia Naboikina requested to merge anaboikina/doorbird-ui:feature/DSD-3982-replace-repeatable-button into master
  • add device action button from vue-reusables instead of existing Disconnect button
  • update gulpfile to be compatible with version 4.x of gulp
  • update package.json with missing dependencies

We need to merge dss-add-ons/vue-reusables!5 (merged) first :)
