properties: rename vdc api [default|active]Application -> ...Group

Consistency reasons. It is called defaultGroup and activeGroup everywhere else. Vdcd does not implement [default|active]Application yet, so no deployed vdc will be broken. rename vdc api [default|active]Application -> ...Group
