Make sure to include all neessary headers in dsvdc.h

Merged Jin requested to merge jin/libdsvdc:include-types into master

dsvdc.h is missing a required include, which currently forces the users of the header to add it.

The dsvdc.h header should include everything that it needs to be compiled.
