Fixes to the vdSM coordination mechanism.

Merged Enrique Robledo requested to merge era/vdsm:mr_vdsm_role_fixes into master

Merges multiple fixes:

  • Remove the auxiliary command line flag.
  • Start the Avahi browsers only in collecting vdSMs.
  • Fix the handing of foreign vdSMs discovered during initialization.
