style-guide: change rule for acronyms

I am aware of these 2 reasonable options for acronyms naming:

  1. like normal word. I.e. dsDevice, DsDevice, sslSocket, openSslSocket
  2. all letters follow the case of the first letter. I.e. dsDevice, DSDevice, sslSocket, openSSLSocket

In discussion with @mtross I realized that we don't have agreement.

Mtross' thinking was that we are aligned on option 2. I don't have strong opinions in either direction. I would just like to have a rule that we follow.
